Unless otherwise agreed, Ferdinand reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or promotional materials, without disclosing sensitive or confidential information.
Any changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines or additional fees.
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
